- • Terms: New accounts require credit card or check with your order. Open
account is available, but requires a credit history with your company or a
review of credit reference information, which may delay shipping. Open
account terms are 1.5% after 30 days, F.O.B. Escanaba, Michigan.
- • $5.00 additional charge on split or drop shipments.
- • Contact factory for larger quantities or special orders.
- • All prices subject to change without notice.
- • The manufacturer will not accept liability for lost or delayed shipments due to
failure of transportation companies to make delivery.
- • ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS Our prices are based on receiving useable artwork.
Please send artwork close to the correct imprinted size. Faxed artwork
and internet graphics are not acceptable.
Pages 1,2,3 & 5: Artwork for items listed on these pages are preferred in PC
platform Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps format.We also accept .bmp, .tiff, .cdr, or
.cpt format. Artwork must be a black & white 1-bit file in a minimum of 300 dpi.
Pages 3 & 4: Adobe Illustrator is the preferred program for these items on a
MAC platform. When sending EPS files include fonts. If sending on a PC platform
use requirements for pages 1 & 2 except in a minimum of
600 dpi. Laser print art at a resolution of 600 dpi or better. Please send actual
size artwork if using halftones. Colors should be separated as spot color with
no trapping. Halftone screen should be a maximum of 53 line for
best reproduction results. Email artwork to sales@anthonyco.com. Please
include your name, company name, and phone number. Call your customer
service representative to find out more about our graphics & typesetting capabilities.
There is no charge for typesetting and most enhancements are included.
Most corporate logos are on file. If the artwork we receive will take more
than 1/2 hour to prepare a $30 per hour charge will apply.

- • We are not responsible for any errors on verbal orders where written confirmation
is not received prior to production. Written orders must be typed or
legibly printed.
- • We are not responsible for errors from hand written copy.
- • Paper proofs for verification of imprint are available upon request. If a change
in copy is made, a charge of $20.00 (U) each will apply.
- • Anthony & Co. Inc. is a union shop.We are a member of the Teamsters Union
Local #486 and most of the items we supply are made in the USA.
